How you’ll make an impact

• You will manage all phases of project lifecycle from initiation to closure, including planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure.

• You will develop comprehensive project plans, including scope definition, resource allocation, schedule development, and risk management strategies.

• You will lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.

• You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and internal teams, ensuring effective communication and expectation management.

• You will monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement proactive solutions to mitigate risks and ensure project success.

• You will manage project budgets, track expenditure, and ensure financial targets are met.

• You will ensure compliance with all relevant company policies, industry standards, and safety regulations.

• You will identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities within project management processes.

• You will be responsible for ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background

• You hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering, or a related field. PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred.

• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in project management, specifically within the energy, power, or industrial sectors.

• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to risk management.

• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

• Willingness to travel as required for project needs.

• Proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese, both written and verbal, is essential.
