Join Hitachi Energy as a Project Assistant and be an expert. This role allows you to gain in-depth knowledge of the specific market and provide our clients with the best-in-class product. You'll play a crucial role in making a significant impact on our business growth and customer satisfaction and contribute to building a team/function. How you’ll make an impact
You will manage all phases of project lifecycle from initiation to closure, including planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure.
You will develop comprehensive project plans, including scope definition, resource allocation, schedule development, and risk management strategies.
You will lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and internal teams, ensuring effective communication and expectation management.
You will monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement proactive solutions to mitigate risks and ensure project success.
You will manage project budgets, track expenditure, and ensure financial targets are met.
You will ensure compliance with all relevant company policies, industry standards, and safety regulations.
You will identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities within project management processes.
You will be responsible for ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background
You hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering, or a related field. PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred.
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in project management, specifically within the energy, power, or industrial sectors.
Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to risk management.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Willingness to travel as required for project needs.
Proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese, both written and verbal, is essential.
