As a Project Manager in COO Office APAC, we focus on the following tasks:

  • Be involved in and/or management strategic initiatives, which may include regional transformation initiatives, business excellence initiatives, operating model enhancements, etc.

  • Developing strategies and approach that align and balance interests of stakeholders across different functions and seniority levels to deliver assigned projects and initiatives

  • Provide decisive support to senior Management and other Project Managers by handling a wide array of complex ad hoc tasks, rapidly adapting to changing priorities and demands

  • Support COO APAC with ongoing management communications and market insights gathering

  • Build and maintain cross-functional relationships within the global bank

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field

  • 8-10 years of experience in project management or consulting, within banking or wealth management and focused on risk management, compliance and/or controls related topics

  • Excellent command of English and Chinese/German

  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

  • Highly motivated and proactive personality to drive change initiatives and project implementation

  • Ability to collaborate, multi-task, work independently and seek guidance when necessary

  • Strong analytical background and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

  • Eagerness to learn and do new things and proactiveness in engaging stakeholders at all levels

  • Excellent communication skills paired with a level of dedication to go beyond usual level of commitment

  • Identification with LGT and its values
