Accountabilities:

• Lead and manage the full lifecycle of multiple projects, from planning and execution to delivery and post-launch evaluation.
• Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, risk management plans, and performance tracking processes to ensure successful delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders while facilitating effective communication and collaboration throughout project execution.
• Prepare and manage project documentation, technical materials, reports, and presentations to support operational transparency and decision-making.
• Monitor project quality, deadlines, and deliverables while ensuring alignment with business objectives and client expectations.
• Gather feedback, manage stakeholder expectations, and proactively address operational risks and project challenges.
• Provide analytical insights, performance evaluations, and strategic recommendations to improve project outcomes and operational efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by optimizing project management processes, methodologies, and best practices.

Requirements:

• 5 to 8 years of experience managing technology or digital transformation projects in fast-paced environments.
• Strong understanding of fintech, blockchain, cryptocurrency, or digital payment ecosystems.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Solid knowledge of project management methodologies, frameworks, and operational best practices.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on process optimization, risk management, and continuous improvement.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and deliver projects within scope, budget, and timeline expectations.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• PMI certification or other recognized project management certifications are considered a strong advantage.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a remote, international environment.
