Job Description

LAWAZEM is seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee projects from initiation to completion. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget, while ensuring effective communication and collaboration among all stakeholders. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a keen attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Manage project timelines, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor and report on project progress to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration across project teams.
  • Lead project meetings and provide clear updates to all involved parties.
  • Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the IT or software development industry.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Certification such as PMP or Prince2 is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies is beneficial.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
