Job Description
We are looking for a Project Manager to lead cross-functional project teams, ensuring that projects are delivered within time, scope, budget, and in line with the company’s requirements. You will work with IT in developing and implementing technical solutions that meet and exceed client needs, especially in the following domains:
- IT & Enterprise Service Management
- Automation & DevOps
- Observability
- Data Analytics
- Cloud
- Cybersecurity
Responsibilities
- Leading small-scale projects and engaging in all project lifecycle phases
- Assisting other Project Manager when requested, on larger scale programs
- Define project scope, goals and deliverables. Create & manage project plans
- Monitor project activities, issues and deliverables, review project documents, deliver status updates and progress reports on time; ensure that project deliverables meet business needs
- Developing key project artefacts, reporting and communication plans
- Communicating project status, potential risks, and issues that might occur, to relevant key stakeholders, project sponsors, and teams
- Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs
Requirements
Qualifications
- University Degree in Computer Science / IT / Engineering field
- 3 years of work experience as an IT/ICT professional in roles such as a software developer, technical project manager, engineering lead or technical team lead
- Excellent time management and negotiation skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Ability to coordinate multiple assignments and work independently
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Ability to work well in both a team and individually
- PMP, SCRUM, ITIL or ITSM certifications will be a strong plus
- Excellent knowledge of both written and spoken Greek and English
