Job Description

At Tetra Pak we commit to making food safe and available, everywhere; and we protect what's good – protecting food, protecting people, and protecting the planet. By doing so we touch millions of people's lives every day.

And we need people like you to make it happen.

We empower you to reach your potential with opportunities to make an impact to be proud of – for food, people and the planet.

This role is neither a process & report-focused PM nor a project coordinator who only makes schedules and meeting minutes. Instead, it is a delivery-oriented digital project manager.
The core responsibility is to oversee the full lifecycle management of MES/MOM/DDS projects from initiation, planning, execution, go-live to final acceptance, and drive all stakeholders including clients, internal teams, development & implementation teams, automation/IT teams and partners to achieve targeted project delivery.

What you will do

  • Full Project Lifecycle Management:Take charge of project initiation, planning, scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, resource and acceptance management, and ensure phased project objectives are delivered on track.
  • Project Planning & Phase Execution:Formulate overall project plans, milestone schedules and phase deliverable lists, and close-loop core phases including requirement confirmation, design, development, testing, deployment, trial operation and formal acceptance.
  • Scope & Change Management:Clarify project scope boundaries, manage client requirement changes, and facilitate change assessment, impact analysis, decision confirmation and record filing to prevent project out-of-control.
  • Cross-team Coordination:Align clients, business consultants, developers, implementers, automation/IT staff, equipment vendors and external partners, ensuring all issues are assigned, milestones are advanced and risks are fully resolved.
  • Issue & Risk Resolution:Proactively identify risks concerning schedule, quality, resources, client collaboration, system integration and system migration; promote issue analysis, responsibility allocation, solution formulation and follow-up closure.
  • Client Communication & Reporting:Organize regular project meetings, phase reviews, client briefings and key decision discussions; clearly present project progress, existing risks, client decision-needed matters and follow-up action plans.
  • Go-live & Acceptance Promotion:Arrange pre-launch preparation, trial operation and issue list management; prepare acceptance documents and obtain client confirmation to complete phased and final project acceptance.
  • Project Management Asset Accumulation:Sort out standardized templates for project plans, risk registers, issue trackers and acceptance checklists, optimize meeting mechanisms and summarize project review experience to elevate overall team delivery capability.

We believe you have

  • Over 5 years of project management experience in manufacturing digitalization, MES, MOM, smart factory, industrial software or system integration fields.
  • Have fully taken charge of or deeply participated in no less than 2 manufacturing digitalization, MES, MOM and smart manufacturing projects, with solid knowledge of the full project flow covering requirement gathering, design, development, testing, go-live and final acceptance.
  • Proficient in project planning, scope control, schedule promotion, risk management, issue closure and client communication.
  • Capable of coordinating clients, internal teams, development & implementation teams, automation/IT teams and external partners in complex projects.
  • Understand the delivery characteristics of manufacturing projects; priority will be given to candidates familiar with business scenarios including production, quality management, warehousing, equipment management, energy management and product traceability.
  • Possess strong documentation and reporting capabilities, able to deliver project plans, weekly/monthly reports, risk & issue lists, phase presentations, acceptance documents and project review summaries.

We Offer You

  • A variety of exciting challenges with ample opportunities for development and training in a truly global landscape
  • A culture that pioneers a spirit of innovation where our industry experts drive visible results
  • An equal opportunity employment experience that values diversity and inclusion
  • Market competitive compensation and benefits with flexible working arrangements
