Job Description

KalSoft is currently looking for a Project Manager (PM) to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in end-to-end project delivery management, stakeholder coordination, and successfully leading enterprise-level projects across cross-functional teams. This role requires excellent leadership, communication, planning, and risk management skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards in Agile and Waterfall environments.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end project delivery from initiation to closure
• Plan, execute, monitor, and successfully deliver projects within defined scope, timeline, and budget
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and third-party partners throughout the project lifecycle
• Lead project planning activities including resource allocation, scheduling, and milestone tracking
• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and escalation processes effectively
• Ensure proper communication and reporting across all project stakeholders and leadership teams
• Work within Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies based on project requirements
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and project reviews where applicable
• Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business objectives and customer expectations
• Maintain project documentation, status reports, governance materials, and delivery plans
• Support change management, testing, deployment, and post-implementation activities
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure adherence to project management best practices

Skills & Experience Required

• Strong experience in end-to-end project delivery management
• Experience working in Agile and Waterfall project delivery environments
• Strong stakeholder, client, and vendor management experience
• Experience in risk management, budgeting, scheduling, and project governance
• Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Experience managing enterprise transformation or digital modernization projects preferred
• Banking or enterprise transformation project experience will be an advantage
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field preferred
• PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications will be an advantage
• Minimum 3+ years of relevant Project Management experience
