Job Description

Foresite is looking for a skilled, results-oriented Project Manager to manage and coordinate complex, cross-functional projects within our organization. As a key client-facing representative of Foresite, you will be a critical driver behind our initiatives, ensuring technical and business projects are executed with precision, transparency, and strategic alignment for our customers. This role is designed for a project management professional who excels at the intersection of cybersecurity, operational excellence, and customer success—helping our teams and clients navigate the complexities of modern security environments to deliver high-impact outcomes.

What You'll Do:

In this role, you will operate at the heart of Foresite’s project execution framework. You will manage end-to-end project execution for multiple, simultaneous customer and internal initiatives, partnering closely with technical teams—including engineering and cybersecurity—to translate requirements into actionable plans. You will be measured on your ability to drive on-time, on-scope delivery while maintaining rigorous governance, high customer satisfaction, and stakeholder alignment.

Project Management & Execution

Drive the Lifecycle: Manage end-to-end project coordination for multiple, simultaneous technical and business initiatives, ensuring adherence to quality standards and organizational policies.

Plan & Execute: Oversee project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and execution to ensure successful delivery for our clients.

Risk & Governance: Identify, document, and mitigate project risks and issues early; establish and maintain project governance, documentation, and reporting standards.

Client & Stakeholder Management

Client Engagement: Serve as the primary project liaison for our customers. Lead client-facing meetings, manage external expectations, and ensure a seamless, transparent delivery experience from kickoff to project closure.

Clear Communication: Communicate proactively with clients and internal stakeholders at all levels, providing status updates, risk assessments, and recommended actions tailored to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Cross-Functional Alignment: Build strong relationships across internal teams and client organizations to ensure accountability and alignment on project goals.

Technical Partnership: Partner with engineering and cybersecurity teams to ensure technical requirements are integrated into broader project milestones.

Continuous Improvement

Process Optimization: Contribute to process improvement initiatives, optimizing workflows and implementing best practices across the project lifecycle.

Post-Project Reviews: Conduct "lessons learned" sessions to identify areas for improvement and ensure continuous organizational learning.

Who You Are:

Experience: You have 3-5 years of project management experience, including proven experience in a direct client-facing or customer success role, preferably in technology-driven or cybersecurity environments.

Security Savvy: You have a foundational understanding of cybersecurity concepts (1+ years of experience). Tool-agnostic knowledge of SIEM and SOAR is highly preferred.

Strategic Communicator: You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, client presentation skills, and the interpersonal savvy to manage diverse customer and stakeholder expectations.

Global Perspective: Experience working with cross-functional global or remote teams.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Nice to Have:

Methodology Expertise: Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid delivery models.

Operational Growth: Experience implementing or improving project management processes, tools, or methodologies.

Certified Professional: You hold a PMP or CAPM certification (or are actively working towards one) and have a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
