We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver commercial base build and fit‑out projects from inception through to completion. The role will involve managing cost, programme, quality, and risk while coordinating multiple stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end delivery of commercial base build and fit‑out projects

• Develop and manage project programmes, budgets, and cash flows

• Coordinate consultants, contractors, and suppliers

• Lead project governance, reporting, and client communication

• Manage procurement strategies and contract administration

• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality, and statutory requirements

• Oversee design development and change management processes

• Monitor construction progress and manage defects and handover processes

Required Experience & Qualifications

• 5–8 years’ experience in a Project Management role

• Proven experience delivering commercial base build and fit‑out projects

• Relevant degree or diploma in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline

• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, contracts, and project controls

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex project interfaces

Desirable Certifications

• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification beneficial

• SACPCMP registration beneficial
