The company is currently expanding its India market initiatives and building regional operational capabilities across APAC, focusing on payment infrastructure, operational execution, and cross-border business collaboration.

This role sits within a lean, fast-moving regional project environment supporting strategic operational projects and cross-functional execution.

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on and execution-oriented Project Manager to support regional fintech and operational initiatives across APAC markets.

This role will involve managing cross-functional projects from planning through execution, coordinating internal and external stakeholders, supporting operational rollout initiatives, and helping build scalable execution processes within a growing regional team.

The environment is dynamic and fast-paced, suitable for candidates comfortable operating under ambiguity and taking ownership across multiple moving parts.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Drive end-to-end operational and strategic projects from initiation through delivery
• 
  Break down ambiguous business requirements into structured execution plans, milestones, and timelines
• 
  Coordinate across Ops, Product, Finance, Legal, HR, and external vendors/partners
• 
  Manage project governance, risk mitigation, stakeholder communication, and execution quality
• 
  Support overseas business setup, system implementation, and operational rollout initiatives
• 
  Build and optimize SOPs, workflows, and execution processes
• 
  Track project progress and provide regular reporting to management
• 
  Support small team coordination and future team-building initiatives

Requirements

• 
  5–8 years of experience in project management, operations, PMO, implementation, or strategic operations
• 
  Experience managing end-to-end project delivery within fintech, banking, payments, insurance, technology, or startup environments
• 
  Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination capability
• 
  Comfortable working within fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous environments
• 
  Experience in Agile / Scrum / SDLC project delivery is advantageous
• 
  Exposure to cross-border or regional projects is preferred
• 
  Experience with SOP/process building, operational rollout, or implementation projects is a plus
• 
  Strong English communication skills required
• 
  Malay proficiency preferred
