We are looking for a proactive and organized Project Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to keep teams aligned, processes structured, and projects moving forward. You will play a key role in coordinating cross-functional teams, driving operational efficiency, and ensuring smooth project delivery from kickoff to release.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager;
• Knowledge of SDLC and understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban);

• Organize and facilitate meetings, maintain project documentation, and manage task tracking to ensure all deadlines are met;
• Manage diverse operational tasks, resolving incoming challenges "on the fly" and focusing on logical problem-solving;
• Drive the full project lifecycle — from kickoff to release — coordinating both internal resources and involved outsource teams;
• Communicate with stakeholders to provide full transparency on project progress and alignment across teams;
• Focus on operational efficiency, applying management methodologies and logic to improve cross-departmental workflows.
