Position: Project Manager

Bailey Information Technology is seeking an experienced Project Manager as the designated Key Personnel for the Information Resource Center (IRC) Administrative Support Services contract. This individual will be responsible for overall contract performance, staff supervision, quality assurance, and compliance with all agency requirements.

Qualifications & Experience:

- More than 15 years of progressive leadership experience in administrative, records management, and program support services.

- Expertise in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.

- Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and deliver high-quality support services in a federal contracting environment.

- Strong background in records management, FOIA response support, and facilities/conference operations.

Education Requitements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (advanced degree preferred).

Oversight:

Coverage includes oversight of reception desks, the mailroom, and administrative operations.
