・ 募集企業様の組織能力・組織文化の向上に向けた改革イニシアチブを運営するとともに、関連する国内外の社内コミュニケーションやエンゲージメントプログラムを企画・推進する
・ 募集企業様のストラテジックオペレーションズ部長にレポートする
・ Japan Transformationプロジェクトやその活動に関する会議を運営する
・ Japan Transformationの中で進められる組織能力・組織文化の向上に向けたイニシアチブをコーディネートし、推進を支援する
・ Japan Transformationに関連する、およびJapan Transformationに限定されない社員エンゲージメント、チェンジマネジメントの取り組みを企画・推進する
・ 上記の活動に関連する、募集企業のグローバル/リージョンとのコミュニケーションを強化する

募集企業様の改革イニシアチブを推進する重要なポジションです。社長を含む国内外のシニアマネジメントおよび主要ステイクホルダーとの密接なコミュニケーションを通じて社内の広範囲な部門と協力関係を構築することができます。
要件：
Must have：
・ 社員エンゲージメント、チェンジマネジメントに関連する経験
・ 全社的・組織横断的なプロジェクトの企画・運営経験
・ シニアマネジメントを含む幅広いステイクホルダーとのコミュニケーション能力
・ 日英バイリンガルレベル（英語はシニアマネジメントとのコミュニケーションに求められる高度な能力が必要）
