Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage large-scale Data Center projects across enterprise and government environments. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project management, infrastructure delivery, stakeholder coordination, and data center operations within large organizations and multinational environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of Data Center projects.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgeting, risk assessment, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Oversee Data Center infrastructure activities including deployment, migration, implementation, and operational support.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards, governance, security, and quality requirements.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to management and stakeholders.
• Handle escalation management and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Drive project documentation, reporting, and post-project reviews.
• Support strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives related to Data Center operations and infrastructure.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 16+ years of overall experience in Software Engineering/Computer Science-related domains.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in Data Center-related projects and operations.
• Experience working with multinational companies (MNCs), government organizations, and large enterprises.
• Relevant industry certifications will be preferred.
• Experience handling projects valued at 50M+ preferred.
• Strong understanding of Data Center technologies and infrastructure environments.
• Experience managing enterprise-scale infrastructure and IT projects.
• Knowledge of servers, storage, virtualization, networking, backup, disaster recovery, and cloud environments.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
• Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
