We’re hiring a Project Manager at our rental facility in Sacramento, CA, and we’re looking for someone who’s ready to grow with us, bring energy and drive to their work, and help us build the future of construction.
Salary range: $80,000/yr. Factors including past experience and location may affect final compensation rate.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and offers overtime pay after working 40 hours. (This role is subject to on-call scheduling with additional compensation provided)
Assist in managing daily job site activities related to concrete operations
Participate in training sessions and ride-alongs with concrete team members
Support project planning and execution for slab-on grade and tilt-up construction
Coordinate material deliveries to meet project deadlines
Ensure all safety protocols and procedures are followed at each project
Maintain clear and consistent communication with the Director of the Concrete Division
Track and report job progress, delays, and material needs
Assist in managing branch inventory as needed in support of the Concrete Division
Document field issues or inefficiencies to the appropriate parties
Work alongside equipment rental and consumables teams to ensure full project support

Basic understanding of construction drawings and concrete work processes
