Lead and manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring execution aligns with approved plans, schedules, and quality standards.
Coordinate between architectural, civil, and MEP teams to ensure integrated and efficient project execution.
Monitor project progress, identify delays or deviations, and implement corrective actions to maintain schedule and performance.
Manage contractors, subcontractors, and consultants, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and project requirements.
Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards across all project activities.
Oversee project documentation, reporting, and communication, ensuring accurate and timely updates to management.
Collaborate with planning and cost control teams to ensure alignment between execution progress, budgets, and forecasts.
Support risk identification and mitigation efforts, ensuring proactive management of construction-related challenges.
Lead value engineering initiatives during construction, identifying cost optimization opportunities without compromising quality, functionality, or project objectives.
Requirements
Years of Experience in the Relevant Field: 15-20
Bachelor’s Degree in a Relevant Discipline: Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related engineering field.
Professional Certification: PMP (Project Management Professional), PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certifications.
