What You Need to Know
We are looking for a skilled Project Manager to take responsibility for the overall execution, control, and successful delivery of projects in line with contractual requirements, company strategy, and business goals.
The role involves leading cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within scope, and to the required quality standards, while working closely with internal stakeholders and clients.
What We Are Looking For
Some of the Key Accountabilities:
Lead the planning and implementation of the execution phase of the project
Define project tasks and resource requirements
Manage project budget
Plan and schedule project timelines
Client relations management
Provide direction and support to project team
Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to relevant stakeholders
Implement and manage project changes to achieve project outputs
Carry out lessons learned sessions to evaluate project and assess results
Qualifications / Skills & Experience
Essential
Essential Qualification in project management or equivalent
Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management
Knowledge of project management techniques and tools
Excellent planning and organizing skills
Excellent communication skills, written and oral, Norwegian and English
Problem solving oriented
Team building and motivational skills
Adaptability
Sense of urgency
Critical thinking and sound judgment qualities
Preferred
Proficient in relevant modules in D365 ERP software
Direct work experience in project management capacity
Knowledge of conflict management and negotiation techniques
