What ourProject Managersdo

Reporting to theSenior Program Managerand with a clear progression path, this role is accountable for theend-to-enddelivery of multi-site, Research, Study and New Product Introduction(NPI)projects, ensuring that the project delivers the expected outcomes,

Often managing multiple projects simultaneously, you willtake ownership of project delivery, defining andmaintainingrobustproject delivery plansthat include scope, schedule, resources, dependencies,and associated costs,alignedto theagreed governancestandards.  In addition to this,youwill manage all changes,risksand issuestoensuredelivery withintheagreed boundariesofspecification, quality,timeandcost. 

The Project Managerengagesdirectly with multiple functions across Nexperia and regularlyinterfacing withsenior management and executivelevel stakeholders. You will provide clear, concise, andtimelyupdates to project sponsors and key stakeholders, cutting through complexity to enable effective decisionmaking, mitigating risk, and ensuring commitments around timelines and budgets are consistently met.

Alongside the core technical skills, youwill have strong leadership abilityandmust bean effective decision maker who leads from the front, takes accountability, and drives progress. You are highly organised, proactive, and aproblem solver who thrives on turning complex challenges into practical, deliverable solutions

We are looking for someone withcommercial acumen and a strong delivery mindset, who can influence at all levels, build trusted relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, andclearly communicate complex technical or business topics in a simple,structured way You are comfortable working to tight deadlines,maintainingfocus and momentum while balancing competing priorities.

Essential

  • A degree or equivalent in Mathematics, Physics, Electronics Engineering, or a relevant discipline

  • A proventrack recordof successful management and delivery ofmultipleconcurrent high value,high impact projects(with project budgets exceeding >$1M)

  • A strong understanding of risk management, change management, resource planning and budget management including CAPEX and product costcontrol

  • Experience of managing diverse, cross-functionalproject teamsin a matrixed organisation

  • Ademonstratable ability to build,motivate, and sustain high-performing teams

  • Fluency in English

Beneficial

  • Understanding of Power MOSFET design

  • Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes and packages
