As a part of the team, you will deliver technology stack, using strong analytical and problem solving skills to understand the business requirements and deliver quality solutions. You'll be working on complex technical problems that will involve detailed analytical skills and analysis. This will be done in conjunction with fellow engineers, business analysts and business stakeholders.
To be successful as a Project Manager , you should have experience with:
Prior experience delivering complex business and technology change projects in a Corporate Bank environment.
Strong work experience in PM practice skills and domain knowledge on cash, transaction and payments banking.
Candidate should have mandate experience in Transaction Banking / Corporate Banking with hands-on experience in any two or three of following domains: Cash management/Payments/Collections/Virtual accounts/Liquidity management/Digital Banking(Web, mobile, H2H, Swift).
Excellent verbal and written communication with ability to distil information into key messages and present succinctly and confidently to a senior audience.
Virtual environment experience working for Global stake holders.
Self-starter with ability to identify and engage stakeholders, prioritize activities to deliver to tight deadlines .
Multi-task across a diverse book of work in a high-pressure environment.
Experience in end-to-end project design and execution – preferably in Agile.
Some other highly valued skills may include:
Corporate banking product knowledge (cash & trade) and an understanding of the front-to-back processes involved.
Experience utilizing varied project methodologies (e.g. Waterfall and Agile).
Essential to have good spoken and written communication skills
Proven facilitation skills , Business Analysis skills, Process mapping skills
Cross-functional collaboration in delivering projects working with stakeholders across geographies
Awareness of project management in JIRA, knowledge of Confluence
