Job Description

The Project Manager is responsible for managing, coordinating and overseeing end‑to‑end project management activities. This role takes a holistic view of project delivery, identifying and driving opportunities to reduce time‑to‑market and improve project outcomes.

The Project Manager will plan, direct, monitor and control project tasks and activities across New Product Developments, Product Change Requests and Engineering Services ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. The role includes providing regular project status reporting, proactively identifying and resolving risks and issues, and continuously streamlining processes to support efficient and effective ways of working across the business.

What you'll be doing:

• Lead multiple projects of varying size and complexity from initiation through to delivery
• Build and maintain detailed project plans, schedules and resource allocations
• Track progress, manage scope changes, budgets and risks proactively
• Facilitate project meetings, reviews and clear status reporting to business leaders
• Act as the central communication link between departments
• Champion continuous improvement and streamline project delivery processes
• Create and maintain project templates, dashboards and reporting tools

What you should have:

• PMP certification
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a product development or engineering environment
• Strong experience managing multiple projects concurrently
• Stage‑gate product development experience
• High proficiency in project management tools (Wrike highly regarded)
• Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt to different stakeholders
• Highly organised, proactive and solution focused

Highly regarded experience includes:

• Mechanical / hardware product development
• Agile or scrum environments
• Polymer or electro‑mechanical products
• Power BI and ERP exposure
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business or a related field
