Longplay is an e-commerce marketing agency focused on retention to drive scalable, sustainable and profitable growth of DTC brands. The agency was built on the principles of sustainable growth & partnership, both within our own company and with our clients. These principles have allowed Longplay to scale to 7-figures in annual revenue within 18 months of launch and since then, we have grown to a fully distributed team of 20+ and are on track to continue to grow exponentially.

We are excited to grow our team with an organized, strategic and empathetic client-facing Project Manager that will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, provide exceptional communication to clients and support leadership and the full team as needed.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Provide feedback to team members + reminders regarding projects, questions and supporting to keep projects moving forward

  • Supporting the Jr. PM with process improvements, better client communications.

  • Provide an EOD PM summary (formatting provided) to Senior Leadership Team (SLT) daily, ensuring no projects are missed

  • Report up on project status and flag concerns to leadership and team when relevant

  • Update & manage client dossiers accordingly + announce to team members

  • Track client edits to ensure that the clients stay within the approved number of edits

  • Track immediate requests on projects from clients - ensure all edits make sense and are not client preference but adhere to brand standards and strategy.

  • Support in interviewing, hiring, & recruiting partnership management

  • SOP building, improving and implementation

  • Define and manage deliverables, budgets, risks and timelines and consider individual work loads so as not to overload any one individual

  • Monitor and collect project information and prepare progress reports to help inform ongoing planning and implementation

  • Facilitate and manage onboarding process for new clients

  • Assist with administrative tasks including tracking time off for the team

  • Additional tasks as assigned by SLT

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in an agency setting

  • 2+ years of experience in project management and/or account management with project management deliverables

  • Basic e-commerce knowledge

  • Ability to effectively and with poise manage multiple priorities and demands in a fast paced,

  • Experience working in a time-sensitive environment

  • Proficiency in the use of project management software such as Asana

  • Computer savvy with the ability to work on Google Apps, Zoom, Loom etc.

  • Stellar communication abilities with an internal team and with clients

The ideal Project Manager candidate will possess the following:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years experience working in an agency as a project manager and/or combined time as an account manager with project management experience.

  • Experience managing a team of a minimum of 3 people/ team members.

  • Experience working in or with e-commerce businesses ranging from $1M-$40M.

  • A Proactive and results-oriented mindset with strong organization and interpersonal skills, which engage, motivate, and inspire team members to achieve continuous success.

  • Excellent communication skills, able to flex to meet the audience; clients, SLT & internal team.

  • Ability to effectively and with poise manage multiple priorities and demands in a fast paced, time-sensitive environment.

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, problem solve and to work within deadlines and proactively manage workloads across all departments.

  • Flexible, adaptable, and open to changing business priorities.

  • Excellent written and verbal presentation skills to drive comprehension and inspiration not only for the team but also when reporting to clients and the SLT.

  • Proven team player with the skills and ability to rapidly build and maintain internal and external authentic relationships.

  • A working Mac (not PC) & reliable internet connection - this is a fully remote position!
