In this results-oriented role, you'll play a vital role in overseeing emergency and reconstruction projects, driving company growth, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Manage emergency restoration and rebuild projects for residential and commercial properties.
• Work closely with insurance companies to meet their requirements and performance indicators.
• Evaluate restoration sites, collaborate with vendors, and develop accurate cost estimates.
• Monitor industry trends, overcome project challenges, and ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Expand the company's business portfolio by partnering with leads and insurance agents.
• Oversee subcontractors, manage project budgets, and prioritize customer satisfaction.
• Guarantee adherence to safety protocols, regulations, and IICRC guidelines.
• Document projects meticulously, manage expenditures, and implement efficient processes.
• Engage in hands-on work, maintain equipment, and manage inspection tools.
• Foster a positive safety culture, prioritize health and safety, and complete project forms.
• Champion clear communication and enforce KPI requirements for urgent projects.

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of project management experience in restoration or property management.
• Strong team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Solid understanding of insurance in a restoration/property management environment.
• Flexibility to work beyond traditional hours, including evenings and weekends (on-call for emergencies).

Bonus points for:

• IICRC certification.
• Terrion/Home Construction License.
