Our award-winning client is seeking a Project Manager to join their team.This role requires a seasoned project manager to oversee all aspects of infrastructure development projects. The

ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of project lifecycles, procurement processes, and financial management.

Responsibilities:

• Play a pivotal role in planning, organizing, and delivering critical infrastructure projects.
• Develop compelling business cases to secure project funding and approval.
• Oversee all aspects of construction activities, including coordination, monitoring, and progress reporting.
• Manage project budgets and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Lead the procurement process, managing consultants, contractors, and RFPs.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations on project sites.
• Analyze proposals and bids to select the best solutions for project needs.
• Develop and maintain accurate project schedules and cash flow forecasts.

Required Qualifications:

• A post-secondary degree in civil engineering, construction, or a related field.
• A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience leading large-scale construction projects.
• Strong understanding of project delivery methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
