Our award-winning client is seeking a Project Manager to join their team. Our Client is seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to oversee all aspects of structural engineering projects. You will play a key role in client communication, project budgeting and scheduling, design review, and team leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Manage project scope, budget, and schedule from conception to completion.
• Lead and mentored a team of design engineers, ensuring high-quality deliverables.Oversee all phases of structural engineering design, from initial concept to construction documents.
• Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and other project stakeholders.
• Prepare proposals to secure new projects and maintain strong client relationships.
• Contribute to the advancement of the firm's technical knowledge and standard

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Structural or Civil Engineering, Master's degree a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in structural engineering, with a proven track record in project management.
• PE license required, SE license preferred.
• Strong proficiency in structural engineering software (RISA 3D, ETABS, etc.) and BIM tools (REVIT structural).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to represent the firm in meetings and conferences.
• Exceptional organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Passion for continuous learning and staying up-to-date on industry trends.
