About the role
Here at United Infrastructure our responsive team is growing and we are recruiting a Project Manager to come and join us. We are looking for a candidate that has experience of managing contracts, overseeing direct labour and supply chain models and implementing efficiencies. Our ideal candidate will already be a Contract Manager managing a repairs & legal disrepair delivery model. Experience working on Social Housing refurbishment projects is essential.
Our commercial and operational teams are integrated to ensure that we offer best value and service to our clients. Procurement will be a major part of the role, including negotiating packages of work with our subcontractors and supply chain partners.
