We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and organised Project Manager to join our team in Melbourne This role is instrumental in driving successful project delivery through effective lifecycle management, risk mitigation, and strong client and team collaboration.
The successful Project Manager will be instrumental in:
Overseeing and managing project lifecycles from inception to completion, ensuring quality and adherence to timelines.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive project success and enhance client satisfaction.
Conducting risk assessments and implementing mitigation strategies to maintain project integrity and safety standards.
Building and fostering robust relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members through effective communication and negotiation.
Maintaining detailed and accurate project documentation for audit and review purposes.
The ideal candidate will possess:
A proven track record of technical capability in project management within the building and construction industry.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team to achieve shared goals.
Exemplary interpersonal skills, complemented by effective listening abilities for strong stakeholder and team management.
A solid reputation for punctuality and professional presentation in all interactions.
