Role: Project Manager

Location: Mumbai, India (Remote)

About the role:

We are seeking a highly organized and culturally aware Project Manager to lead complex, multi-market digital initiatives. This role is designed for a project management expert who thrives in high-pressure environments involving multiple stakeholders and diverse deliverables. You will be the central pivot point between the client’s global strategy and local execution, ensuring that all campaign collaterals are expertly localized, translated, and deployed across both English (EN) and non-English (non-EN) speaking markets.

What you will be doing:

Strategic Workflow & Resource Orchestration

  • Timeline Management: Develop and maintain end-to-end project schedules, ensuring all milestones are met across different time zones.
  • Work Allocation: Distribute tasks across cross-functional teams, balancing internal bandwidth with external support to maintain optimal productivity.
  • Resource Management: Identify and secure necessary resources (creative, technical, and linguistic) to fulfil project requirements.
  • Prioritization: Act as the gatekeeper for project requests, using data-driven logic to prioritize high-impact tasks in a fast-moving environment.

Global Localization & Asset Delivery

  • End-to-End Localization: Lead the transcreation and localization process for marketing collaterals, ensuring brand consistency while respecting regional cultural nuances.
  • Multi-Deliverable Oversight: Simultaneously manage the production of various assets, including digital ads, website content, video subtitles, and print materials for diverse global markets.
  • Non-EN Coordination: Act as the primary lead for projects targeting non-English speaking territories, ensuring linguistic accuracy and local market relevance.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

  • Multi-Stakeholder Alignment: Navigate complex organizational structures to align regional leads, global brand managers, and executive stakeholders on project goals.
  • Vendor Coordination: Manage relationships with third-party partners, specifically translation agencies and Language Service Providers (LSPs), to ensure high-quality output and adherence to budgets.
  • Collaborative Leadership: Facilitate regular syncs between creative teams and local market experts to resolve bottlenecks and streamline approvals.

What you need to be great in this role:

  • Experience: 5+ years of Project Management experience, ideally within a global agency or a multinational corporation.
  • Global Exposure: Proven track record of managing projects across multiple geographies, specifically handling the transition of content from English to non-English markets.
  • Localization Expertise: Deep understanding of the localization lifecycle, including experience working with translation management systems or professional linguists.
  • Multi-Tasking Mastery: Demonstrated ability to manage "multi-stakeholder, multi-deliverable" projects where competing priorities are the norm.
  • Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to bridge communication gaps between technical teams, creative departments, and external vendors.
  • Problem Solving: A proactive approach to identifying risks in a project timeline and implementing contingency plans.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, or Agile certification.
  • Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Jira, or Smartsheet).
