Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced
Project Manager / Project
Leader
to lead large‑scale, complex, and high‑profile information
technology initiatives. This role is responsible for delivering projects end‑to‑end,
ensuring outcomes meet business requirements while staying on schedule, within
scope, and on budget.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management (40%)

• 
  Lead
  large, complex, high‑risk information and technology initiatives from
  initiation through close‑out
• 
  Ensure
  project deliverables align with business requirements, timelines, scope,
  and budget
• 
  Apply
  established project management methodologies and frameworks to ensure
  compliance and consistency
• 
  Develop,
  manage, and maintain detailed project schedules, scopes, and deliverables
• 
  Monitor
  project performance, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation
  strategies
• 
  Gather,
  document, and manage business and technical requirements
• 
  Create
  and maintain integrated project plans

Relationship & Stakeholder Management (30%)

• 
  Manage
  relationships with diverse stakeholders and resolve resourcing or
  interpersonal conflicts
• 
  Negotiate
  changes in scope, priorities, and resources as required
• 
  Identify
  and address conflicts between project and functional areas
• 
  Manage
  client expectations and provide regular status updates
• 
  Apply
  change‑management strategies throughout all project phases

Communication (30%)

• 
  Prepare
  and deliver project, program, and portfolio reporting to senior executives
• 
  Establish
  and participate in steering committees and stakeholder forums
• 
  Communicate
  complex technical and business concepts to non‑technical audiences

Required Qualifications

• 
  Extensive
  end‑to‑end project management experience
• 
  Experience
  managing multi‑million‑dollar, multi‑year initiatives
• 
  Strong
  stakeholder management experience in high‑complexity environments
• 
  Proven
  leadership, delivery focus, and accountability
• 
  Strong
  verbal and written communication skills
• 
  Experience
  developing business and technical requirements, objectives, and outcomes
• 
  Experience
  reporting project status to senior leadership
• 
  Knowledge
  of Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies
• 
  Proficiency
  with Microsoft Office tools (Project, Visio, PowerPoint, Word, Excel,
  Teams)
• 
  Working
  knowledge of DevOps environments (Azure)
• 
  Experience
  delivering cloud‑based project implementations
