The Opportunity

For our team in Madrid, we are looking for a Project Manager/Customer advocate, who will be leading the execution of medium-size projects and ensure that all related activities are performed in accordance with policy, contractual agreements, quality standards, health, safety & environment requirements, financial targets and manage the whole relationship with the customer.

How you will make an impact

  • Lead multidisciplinary project teams, setting clear direction, allocating tasks, and motivating both internal and external resources to deliver on milestones.

  • Manage project performance and provide constructive feedback to team members throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Develop complete project planning documentation—scope, schedule, financials, and risk plans—in collaboration with Project Controls.

  • Ensure compliance with execution best practices, proactively identifying and managing project risks while driving opportunities for improvement.

  • Monitor project progress and financial health, including invoicing, cost control, expenses, and cash flow.

  • Capture and share lessons learned to foster continuous improvement across projects.

  • Oversee project completion, securing formal customer acceptance and contract close‑out.

  • Serve as the main customer point of contact, fostering strong stakeholder relationships, addressing escalations, and identifying new business opportunities, including service contract negotiations.

Your background

  • A bachelor’s/master’s degree in Engineering

  • Between 3 to 5 years of experience in project management

  • Additional training in the area of project management

  • Demonstrated experience in management of project scope, cost, schedules and vendors/subcontractor

  • Customer oriented, with excellent organization and strong communication skills. Mastery in balancing stakeholders, both external and internal.

  • Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken. Italian/French will be a plus.

  • PMP Certification will be a plus.

  • Available to travel up to 10% of the time.
