Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Project Manager to join our team! In this role you will provide expert program and project management support, executive-level facilities and operations planning, and strategic advisory services to Government leadership in support of a large campus development and operations mission.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Provide expertise and advice to plan, manage, and execute complex programs and projects supporting campus development, facilities, and operations
  • Evaluate program and project performance across the organization and provide comprehensive recommendations, insight into execution risks, and corrective actions to Government leadership
  • Draft, review, and, after Government approval, publish program and project reports required by statutes, regulations, and agency policy
  • Support and participate in program management and business management reviews, providing executive-level feedback and recommendations to the Government
  • Develop, review, and revise management and governance policies, instructions, standards, and best practices related to facilities, program management, and operations
  • Develop and plan tailored contract oversight and scope verification activities in alignment with applicable program and financial management policies and plans
  • Participate in planning activities with Mission Partners and development contractor–sponsored Integrated Product Teams and working groups, including development and coordination of Project/Program Plans and approval documentation
  • Provide executive-level facilities planning, design, construction management, operations, and strategic planning expertise to support full life-cycle, cradle‑to‑grave facilities operations and mission assurance

What Required Skills You’ll Bring

  • Demonstrated experience providing strategic-level program or project management advice and recommendations to senior Government or executive leadership in a team environment
  • Demonstrated experience evaluating program performance, assessing execution risks, and developing data-driven recommendations and corrective actions to support senior decision makers
  • Demonstrated experience presenting complex information clearly and effectively in both oral and written form to diverse audiences, including executive-level stakeholders
  • Demonstrated experience with PC platforms and standard business applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools such as SharePoint-based sites or MS Teams
  • Demonstrated experience in facilities-related planning, operations, or project/program management for large, complex organizations or campuses

What Desired Skills You’ll Bring

  • Experience supporting Government, intelligence, or defense-related facilities, infrastructure, or campus development programs
  • Experience developing and coordinating strategic facilities operations plans, business plans, advocacy briefings, and schedules in accordance with agency or enterprise policy
  • Experience leading or supporting Integrated Product Teams and cross-organizational working groups involving Government, contractors, and mission partners
  • Experience developing and implementing acquisition strategies, managerial guidance, and technical direction to resolve complex facilities or programmatic challenges
  • Experience researching and developing courses of action, assessing risks and opportunities, and estimating resource requirements for large, complex facilities or program portfolios

Security Clearance Requirement:
