角色描述：

- Be able to independently manage for fitting-out project and site construction management of green field project. Focusing on delivering the best possible outcome from our client’s investment.

- Manage and coordinate all aspects of project delivery. Meet customer expectations in every interaction with them and receive the positive feedback from client.

- Focus on all aspects in MEP issue in project delivery, including design, installation, testing, commissioning and handover. Deliver the best possible outcome for our client’s.

- With guidance from SPM or HoCS, propose the tailor-made procurement strategy to client. Coordinate project procurement plan according to each project unique requirement. Control scope of service for each package.

- Coordinate internal or external QS for project cost control

资格和经验：

- Bachelor’s degree. Major in engineering or project management

本科以上学历，工程或项目管理专业。

- 5+ years experiences in project management for manufactory or property projects

5年以上制造工厂或地产项目的项目管理经验

- Good knowledge of international and Chinese code and regulation

- Be able to multitask and manage priorities

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
