Deloitte Malta is currently seeking to recruit a Project Manager to join its Technology Strategy and Transformation practice. Your role will be to successfully deliver transformation projects to clients across multiple industries.

How you will Make an Impact

  • Lead and manage transformation projects;
  • Develop and execute project plans to meet the project objectives, adhering to budgets and timelines;
  • Implement project management and governance methodologies and best practices;
  • Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to milestones;
  • Track project budgets and financials;
  • Allocate and manage resources effectively;
  • Identify and manage project risks and issues;
  • Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams;
  • Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders;
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization;
  • Lead change management efforts within the transformation;
  • Drive organisational transformation and achieve strategic objectives.

Your Specialized skills:

  • You have 5 years’ experience leading and managing complex transformation projects with multiple workstreams through all stages of project life cycle.
  • Strong project management skills and proficiency in project management methodologies
  • Change management and organisational transformation knowledge
  • You have managed multiple projects at different stages, concurrently.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience of a range of project management techniques and tools.
  • You have experience of managing, mitigating and reviewing project risks and issues.
  • Experience leading and motivating project teams.
  • Experience in coaching junior project managers.
