The Project Manager is a professional responsible for leading, planning, and executing infrastructure, application or other technology-focused projects. This role develops and applies expertise across multiple IT disciplines. Core duties include coordinating project teams, defining scope and schedule, managing changes, monitoring status, tracking risks and issues, communicating, and ensuring stakeholder alignment to deliver project goals successfully.
