We are seeking a driven and proactive Project Manager to oversee a diverse range of productivity and improvement initiatives across the site. A key focus of this role is supporting the conversion cost metric, one of the site’s breakthrough objectives. You will maintain visibility of multiple projects and interventions, anticipate risks and opportunities, intervene where required, and raise the flag when performance is at risk.

In addition, you will oversee Brilliant Basics problem solving projects and bespoke improvement initiatives, ensuring actions are delivered and sustained. You will ensure progress is clearly reported into key forums and that there is a strong connection between senior leadership reviews and daily management. This role is critical in ensuring the business operates as one, with clear visibility, aligned priorities, and informed decision making.

What You'll Contribute

The Project Manager will Contribute to the following:

  • Maintain oversight of a broad portfolio of productivity and improvement projects across the business
  • Track and support delivery of conversion cost initiatives, ensuring performance improvement is realised
  • Monitor problem solving projects and ensure actions are followed through to completion
  • Anticipate risks and opportunities across projects and intervene where required
  • Raise concerns where delivery or performance is at risk
  • Develop and maintain clear reporting and tracking tools to support governance and decision making
  • Provide clear and concise updates into key forums and leadership cadences
  • Ensure alignment between senior leadership direction and daily operational activity

Essential Skills and Attributes

  • Highly driven self starter with strong energy and a relentless focus on results
  • Proven ability to take initiative and operate with minimal direction
  • Strong project management capability with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication skills with confidence to engage a wide range of stakeholders
  • Strong analytical capability with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to maintain oversight, anticipate challenges, and act decisively

Desirable Skills and Experience

  • Experience in continuous improvement environments such as Lean or Six Sigma
  • Familiarity with cost metrics and productivity performance measures
  • Experience working across cross functional teams in a complex environment
  • Track record of delivering measurable business improvements

Qualifications

  • Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field desirable
  • Project management qualification such as PRINCE2 or PMP desirable
