Are you a master of the "outside-in" approach to restoration? SERVPRO, a national leader in property restoration, is seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented Reconstruction Project Manager to spearhead exterior reconstruction efforts across our six Pennsylvania franchises.

While others see a damaged roof or a ruined siding project, you see a puzzle to be solved and a home to be restored. We aren’t just looking for a manager; we’re looking for a specialist who understands the nuances of exterior envelopes—from roofing and siding to gutters and masonry.

What You’ll Do


As our Exterior Specialist, you will be the bridge between a chaotic loss and a beautiful finish. Your day-to-day will involve:

• Project Leadership: Oversee multiple exterior reconstruction projects from initial estimate to final walkthrough.
  
  
• Estimating Excellence: Utilize Xactimate or similar software to create accurate, profitable scopes of work.
  
  
• Subcontractor Management: Build and vet a "dream team" of exterior crews, ensuring they meet SERVPRO’s high standards for quality and safety.
  
  
• Client Advocacy: Be the face of the project for homeowners and insurance adjusters, providing clear communication and setting realistic expectations.
  
  
• Logistical Oversight: Manage material procurement and scheduling across six franchise territories to ensure zero downtime.
  
  

What You Bring to the Team

• Exterior Expertise: Deep knowledge of residential and commercial exterior systems (Roofing, Siding, Windows, Masonry).
  
  
• The "Pro" Mindset: You stay calm under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced, mobile environment.
  
  
• Tech-Savvy Skills: Proficiency in Xactimate is a major plus, along with standard project management software.
  
  
• Regional Knowledge: Familiarity with the PA climate and local building codes is essential.
  
  
• Clean Record: Valid driver’s license and the ability to pass a background check.
