Join us: Join an organisation united by drive, creativity, innovation, and community. We show up every day ready to be bold, brave, and push the boundaries of Out of Home advertising. You’ll work alongside a group of talented professionals who are dedicated to delivering high-quality solutions at pace and transforming our technological landscape. About the opportunity:

  • Full-time – 2-year Contract
  • Based in North Sydney

We are seeking a high-caliber Project Manager to drive the coordinated execution of our Bid to Build program. Operating at the intersection of strategy and execution, you will ensure that delivery plans across all workstreams are integrated, milestones are achieved, and strategic decisions translate into structured, executable actions. You will be the engine room of the program, focusing on how work moves forward in a controlled, transparent, and momentum-driven way.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Delivery: Develop and maintain integrated plans, tracking milestones, deliverables, and critical path dependencies across technology, finance, operations, and data.
  • Cross-Stream Coordination: Identify interdependencies early and facilitate alignment sessions to resolve delivery conflicts or resource constraints.
  • RAID Management: Maintain program-level Risk, Assumption, Issue, and Dependency (RAID) logs, escalating with clear mitigation recommendations.
  • Governance & Reporting: Prepare high-quality, insight-led status reporting for leadership and steering forums, ensuring all actions are tracked to completion.
  • Operational Readiness: Work closely with the Business Lead to ensure delivery sequencing supports business readiness and operational constraints.

What a typical day looks like:

  • Reviewing progress across parallel workstreams against integrated plans.
  • Meeting with stream leads to validate milestones and unblock delivery friction.
  • Updating risk and dependency logs based on new program insights.
  • Challenging unrealistic timelines and ensuring follow-through and accountability.

You Will Also Bring:

  • Structured Leadership: Strong project and program management capability with experience building realistic plans in complex, fast-moving environments.
  • Dependency Expertise: A proactive approach to identifying sequencing risks and integration challenges before they materialise.
  • Influence & Collaboration: The ability to bring senior stakeholders and delivery teams together through clarity, structure, and calm leadership.
  • Governance Discipline: A balance of maintaining pace with strict governance standards and documentation.

Our benefits and perks:

  • Competitive salary package
  • A positive, supportive workplace culture
  • Professional growth and development opportunities
  • Comprehensive, paid training and ongoing support
