This Project Manager role supports Netsmart’s Methadone (Medication‑Assisted Treatment) solution technology that helps treatment providers deliver consistent, life‑saving care to individuals battling addiction disorder. Every implementation directly impacts clinics, care teams, and patients who rely on stability, compliance, and trust during some of the hardest moments of their lives. As the only dedicated Project Manager for this solution, you’ll take true ownership—guiding dozens of active projects, aligning clients and internal teams, and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks. Responsibilities:
Develop comprehensive project schedules, manage progress, and implement proactive risk mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery
Serve as primary project lead, coordinating communication and governance from planning through completion and stakeholder acceptance
Direct cross-functional teams and manage resource allocation to meet project timelines and budget requirements
Provide leadership and guidance to project teams on methodology and deliverables, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
Establish and maintain project controls, documentation, and reporting mechanisms to track performance and support decision-making
Integrate and champion digital automation tools and AI solutions to enhance operational efficiency and team productivity
Foster collaboration across departments while coordinating project activities, information flow, and resource utilization
Qualifications
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
At least 3 years project management experience
Demonstrate mastery of project management principles; adapt practices to meet rapidly changing business climates and needs
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and project management software, with strong analytical and data visualization capabilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to effectively engage stakeholders at all organizational levels
Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience facilitating change management and process improvement initiatives
Preferred
Project Management Professional certification or similar certification
Experience working with automation technologies and AI-enabled business tools, with ability to identify opportunities for process improvement through technology adoption
Expectations
Up to 20% travel
Position may at times require extended or irregular hours outside of traditional office hours to support clients and projects across multiple time zones and any required travel
