The Project Manager is responsible for leading the delivery of the organization’s moderately complex, high-value, and strategically important integrated projects, typically with a scope ranging from $10M-$30M. This position demands project leadership, cross-functional insight, and the ability to navigate moderately complex environments with influence and effectiveness.
The Project Manager brings expertise in project management methodologies, stakeholder engagement, risk mitigation, and change leadership. A key focus of this role is building and sustaining positive working relationships with project stakeholders. This role ensures alignment between organizational goals and client expectations, supporting outcomes that drive value for all stakeholders.
The Project Manager, exercising operating autonomy, applies project management knowledge and subject matter expertise to:
o Provide leadership and oversight to project teams throughout all phases of project execution, offering support and guidance as appropriate.
o Ensure project execution aligns with organizational strategy and business goals.
o Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
o Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within their project teams.

The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $88,400-$125,000 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.
