Job Description

HanmiGlobal Saudi is seeking an experienced and dedicated Project Manager to lead our project initiatives to successful completion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management within the construction sector, with a proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget. As a Project Manager, you will oversee the entire project lifecycle, from inception through planning and execution, ensuring all project objectives align with client requirements and organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and oversee multiple projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedules, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Lead project teams, provide direction, and motivate members to achieve project goals.
• Maintain continuous communication with clients, stakeholders, and team members, providing updates on project status and addressing concerns promptly.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct regular project reviews and prepare reports for senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in a managerial role within the construction industry.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and software.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in budget management and forecasting.
