Interim Project Manager(Freelance / ZZP)-Enza Zaden

Are you an experienced Project Manager ready to make an immediate impact within an international, innovative organization? For a project, we are looking for an independent, results‑driven professional (freelance/ZZP possible) who can temporarily strengthen our global team. In this assignment, you will leadaproject from definition to delivery and ensure successful implementation and change across the organization.

Whatyou willdo

As an Interim Project Manager, you are responsible for defining, preparing, leading, and executing (parts of) projects in line with our project management methodologies. You ensure that project objectives are aligned with business needs and that deliverables are met within time, scope, and budget. You operate at a tactical level with a global reach.Key Responsibilities

• Project Preparation

• Analyzeand challenge business requirements, and support the development of business cases to ensure clear and aligned project objectives

• Project Scoping

• Define project scope, deliverables, timelines, costs, and technology needs. Select team members, allocate responsibilities, and create a realistic planning framework

• Project Delivery & Change Management

• Manage project execution, coordinate internal and external stakeholders, and lead change management activities to ensure adoption and successful implementation

• Project Monitoring & Control

• Develop and maintain project controls (risk, issue, and quality plans), monitor progress, and report on performance. Safeguard expectations and address escalations promptly

• Project Closure

• Evaluate outcomes, capture lessons learned, archive documentation, and ensure a smooth handover to the business

• Direction & Coaching

• Lead and motivate the project team and coach less experienced Project Managers

• Stakeholder Management & Communication

• Conduct stakeholder analyses, execute communication plans, manage expectations, and balance various interests across the organization

• Knowledge Management & Sharing

• Stay informed about developments in your field, identify knowledge gaps, share expertise, and collaborate with the PMO to improve project and portfolio management maturity

Yourprofile

• Higher professional education (Bachelor/HBO level or above)

• Strong experience in project management and change/adoption management

• Proven experience with software implementation and technology-driven business transformations

• Confident and persuasive communicator who builds strong relationships

• Collaborative, structured, and able to navigate complexity

• Skilled in problem analysis and solution design

• Familiarity with business applications (ERP, CRM, BI) and MS Office

• Excellent command of English and the local language (additional SEA languages are a plus)

• Comfortable working under pressure and delivering within deadlines
