Computershare’s Global Plans Project Management Office (PMO) team delivers projects and programmes across the Employee Share Plans business. We support major change initiatives ranging from product enhancements and data migrations to regulatory changes and operational improvements. A role you will love

As a Project Manager, you will lead and deliver key workstreams and projects that support our global share plans strategy. This is a hands-on role where you will partner with a wide range of stakeholders to take ownership of delivering value through effective planning, governance and problem solving with cross-region collaboration.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading projects and/or project workstreams to deliver against agreed schedules, milestones and objectives
  • Supporting our Senior Project and Programme Managers across our large and complex initiatives
  • Working closely with stakeholders across Product, Technology, Operations, Legal and senior management
  • Facilitating project meetings, workshops and governance forums, ensuring clear communication and robust documentation
  • Managing risks, issues and dependencies and collaborating across regions to maintain alignment and keep delivery on track

This is primarily an internal-facing role focused on partnering with business stakeholders, however there may be opportunities to work with external vendors and clients.

What will you bring to the role?

You will bring strong project management capability, a collaborative approach, and the confidence to deliver workstreams in fast-moving, global environment. You should be able to work independently, make informed decisions, and build effective relationships across the business.

Key skills and experience:

  • Proven experience delivering projects or defined workstreams through the full lifecycle (initiation to closure) within Financial Services
  • Strong hands-on project management skills, including planning, milestone tracking, action management and change control
  • Ability to proactively identify, manage and escalate risks, issues and dependencies
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Skilled in producing clear, concise status reports and governance documentation
  • Confident handling ambiguity and using initiative to solve problems
  • Experience managing multiple internal stakeholders and balancing competing priorities
  • Comfortable working in a fast moving, global environment across regions and time zones
  • Strong organisational skills, high attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Good commercial awareness and understanding of how project delivery drives business outcomes
  • Proficient in MS Office and familiar with standard project management tools and artefacts (e.g., project plans, logs, status reports)

Desirable:

  • Experience within Employee Share Plans
  • Knowledge of Computershare
  • Formal project management qualifications (APM PMQ/PPQ or equivalent)
