, Responsibilities and Expectations:
- Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and milestone trackers to guide teams from initiation to delivery.
- Take full ownership of project deliverables, ensuring on-time and on-budget execution with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, identifying and navigating interdependencies to prevent bottlenecks and delays.
- Serve as the central point of coordination between Marketing, Operations, Quality Control, and Manufacturing teams to align on and formulate key project requirements.
- Facilitate clear communication across departments, ensuring all stakeholders remain informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
- Produce and maintain clear project documentation — including plans, status reports, and meeting notes — in collaboration with engineering and other key stakeholders.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a project management role.
- Familiarity with project management and documentation tools(Jira/Confluence)
- Fluency in English and Mandarin is a must
- Must be available on-site at the facility in Taoyuan
- Should be familiar with software development and Hardware development life-cycles.
- Strong ability to craft clear, concise presentations and proposals for both technical and non-technical audiences.
