Project Manager:

The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing enterprise-level projects in the fast-paced tech industry. This position offers the opportunity to manage a diverse slate of projects of varying scopes and sizes for a global organization.

Day-to-Day Activities:

Project Planning & Execution

• Develop and manage project schedules, scopes, resources, and project health.

• Create and execute Microsoft project plans, revising them as needed to meet changing needs and requirements.

• Identify and assemble project teams, providing leadership and mentoring to ensure effective completion.

• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of projects, including scope and cost.

• Review deliverables prepared by the Delivery team before passing them to the client.

• Apply AvePoint delivery methodology and enforce project standards.

• Prepare for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures.

• Minimize company exposure and risk on projects through early detection, development of contingency plans, and full communication.

• Maintain current and complete project management data and documents in the company database; analyze and report project performance metrics.

Risk Management

• Identify risks, define problem-solving strategies, and facilitate conflict resolution to ensure project success from start to finish.

• Develop and implement contingency plans to mitigate risks and reduce project disruptions.

Communication & Collaboration

• Effectively manage communication across all levels of management (both internally and externally).

• Work with cross-functional teams, as well as with external vendors, partners, and customers.
  
  
• Collaborate with international teams to ensure project alignment and success.
  

Skills & Competencies

• Technical Knowledge in 365, Microsoft Project, SuiteProjectsPro (Open Air), CRM(Salesforce, Dynamics)

• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive projects concurrently.

• Potential to see roadblocks or risks down the line.

• Comfortability working autonomously and collaboratively.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Fast learner with a passion for technology.

• Solid understanding of Agile development and delivery methodologies.

• Demonstrated success managing priorities and personalities in cross-functional teams.

Certifications

• PMP Certification and CSM are a plus; Path to obtaining either or both
  
  

The Salary Range for this role is $95,000 - $115,000. At AvePoint, we strive to offer competitive, fair, and equitable total rewards. The listed salary range represents a good faith estimate, with final offers based on location, experience, skills, and qualifications. The listed range reflects base salary only; our total rewards include base salary, comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, unlimited PTO), and depending on the role, bonuses, commissions, or equity (RSUs).
