Project Manager ROCKWOOL Factory Doense, Hobro

Here, as Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing larger technical projects at our high-tech factory in Øster Doense, directly reporting to the factory manager.
Your future team
Based at the factory in Doense, you will become part of ROCKWOOL Nordics, as a member of the factory’s top management team. You will be part of an engaged organization that prioritizes work environment, safety, and a good working atmosphere highly.
The position includes
• Project management and planning, regardless of the project's scope (no personnel responsibility)
• Ensure that chosen solutions for the projects are both economically and technically well-considered
• Work closely with the different departments to ensure optimal solutions
• Continuously follow up on timelines and project finances for the individual projects
• Monitor and supervise the 3-5 year investment plan for the factory
What you bring
You have technical insight and an qualifications as a marine engineer, engineer (mechanical, electrical, production engineer) or similar. Throughout your career, you have gained solid technical knowledge and experience in handling complex technical projects. You understand complex information and devise innovative solutions. As a person you highly value teamwork, you are a good listener, and you possess natural leadership skills that allow you to define direction and successfully guide projects. You maintain an overview under pressure, combined with an analytical sense and a structured approach to tasks. You have skills in IT and knowledge of SAP.
