The role:
As a Project Manager within Transformation and Continuous Improvement team, you will help drive our goals by:
Leading strategic projects/initiatives across Finance and Procurement (or other assigned business functions) from initiation through to closure.
Supporting transformation programmes, technology implementations and major change initiatives.
Managing scope, timelines, budgets, risks and benefits to ensure successful project outcomes.
Building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring clear, timely and proactive communication.
Coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver measurable improvements across processes and systems.
Tracking progress, managing changes and ensuring consistent and accurate reporting to stakeholders.
Ensuring adherence to project methodologies, governance frameworks, standards and SOPs.
Key skills that will help you succeed in this role
Proven experience delivering multi‑divisional and multi‑regional projects or programmes, ideally within Finance or Procurement. Experience within a shared services centre is an advantage.
Strong understanding of project governance, including managing project financials and achieving measurable business benefits.
In‑depth knowledge of project management methodologies, tools and best practices. Project management qualifications such as Prince2, APM or PMI are an advantage.
Strong organisational, planning and prioritisation skills with excellent attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Strong MS Office skills. Experience with project management tools is beneficial.
Ability to travel, with flexibility to undertake business travel of around 25%.
