We’re seeking a Project Manager to join our Project Repairs team in Brisbane, QLD In this role, you will draw on your strengths in people and resource management to build and retain positive relationships with customers and motivate your team to deliver exceptional results.
What will you be doing?
Achieving KONE's safety targets by developing a safety focused culture, ensuring adherence to clearly defined procedures and guidelines
Communicating effectively with customers and subcontractors throughout the installation lifecycle to maintain transparency and trust
Leading and inspiring your team to perform at their best while consistently striving to exceed customer expectations
Managing contract administration and overseeing financial performance
Driving continuous‑improvement initiatives to enhance processes and project outcomes
What are we looking for?
Relevant tertiary qualifications highly desirable but not essential (i.e. Construction Management, Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering)
Lift industry experience highly desirable but not essential
Demonstrated experience managing a high number of projects at one time
Ability to engage stakeholders and facilitate training
Proven ability to win with customers
A resilient and persevering approach with high emotional intelligence
Valid Australian driver’s license
