Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Manager to support the planning, execution, and completion of projects within scope, timeline, and budget. The Junior Project Manager will assist senior project managers and cross-functional teams in coordinating tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring effective communication among stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, organizing, and managing project activities from initiation to completion
• Support the development of project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of tasks
• Monitor project progress and track milestones and deliverables
• Identify potential risks and escalate issues to senior management when necessary
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and status updates
• Facilitate project meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and follow up on action items
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within project management processes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, IT, or related field 2–3 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or related role
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project).
• Understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
• PMP, CAPM, or other project management certifications are a plus but not required
