Job Description

• Responsible for overall project construction organization and management, including preparation of construction plans, personnel allocation, and construction readiness.
• Oversee project quality and safety management, ensuring compliance with company standards and local regulations.
• Coordinate and manage local subcontractors (e.g., scaffolding) and local labor teams.
• Manage local procurement activities, including supplier selection, price negotiation, and contract execution.
• Coordinate international logistics and customs clearance to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
• Manage warehouse operations and material planning, ensuring efficient material usage and clear inventory control.
• Organize internal resource coordination and maintain efficient communication with domestic engineering management teams.
• Regularly report project progress, cost control, and risk status to management to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Possess experience in structural and façade (curtain wall) project execution, coordinating interfaces between structural works and façade systems to ensure smooth integration of design, fabrication, supply, and on-site installation.
• Familiar with the connection details and installation logic between steel/aluminum or concrete structures and façade systems, able to identify technical risks during construction and propose optimization measures.
• Participate in reviewing structural and façade-specific construction plans and technical briefings, ensuring quality and safety control of critical processes.

Job Requirements

• Possess Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of experience in construction project management, with the ability to independently manage the full project lifecycle.
• Familiar with construction organization, quality control, and safety management systems; overseas project experience is preferred.
• Capable of coordinating local procurement and conducting business communication and negotiations with suppliers.
• Familiar with international shipping and customs clearance processes, with basic logistics management experience.
• Fluent in English for professional reporting and communication with suppliers.
• Flexible, proactive, and strong in execution, able to coordinate effectively with domestic and international departments and personnel.
• Preference is given to those with international experience or multinational company backgrounds, with cross-cultural working experience being an advantage.
• Must have project management experience in structural and façade (curtain wall) engineering, with hands-on experience coordinating steel/aluminum structures or main structural works with façade systems.
• Familiar with structural construction processes and the full management logic of façade design, fabrication, and installation; able to effectively identify and manage risks at structural-façade interfaces.
• Candidates with experience delivering complete façade or steel/aluminum structural projects are preferred, with the ability to control quality and technical risks at critical construction milestones.
