  • Maintain and own the project’s RAID log (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), ensuring timely escalation of deviations
  • Produce and distribute structured status reports, supporting the Project Leader in reporting to Workstream Leaders and the Transformation Office
  • Organize and document project meetings, ensuring actions are captured, assigned, and followed up
  • Coordinate day‑to‑day vendor liaison for vendor‑delivered components, ensuring vendor teams report per Transformation Office standards
  • Support the Project Leader in preparing materials for stage‑gate reviews and Management updates

What we are looking for:

  • Structured delivery planning capability — experience managing detailed project plans, milestones, and weekly tracking cadences
  • Strong coordination skills — ability to manage day-to-day task force activities across multiple contributors and departments
  • Progress and issue tracking discipline — experience maintaining RAID logs and producing clear, actionable status reports
  • Risk identification and mitigation — ability to spot deviations early and propose corrective actions
  • Problem-solving orientation with a proactive, hands-on approach to unblocking bottlenecks
  • Experience coordinating with external vendors and third-party delivery teams is a plus
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or equivalent)
  • Results-driven mindset with accountability for deadlines and deliverables
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English

It’s a plus if you bring :

  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification
  • Experience in management consulting
  • Experience in financial services

What we offer: At Intrum we offer not only a challenging and rewarding career but also:
