Amyx is seeking to hire a Project Manager to support Financial Systems Infrastructure, Operationsl and Maintenance at the Department of Homeland Security.
• Four (4) year degree in management/business/engineering or related field from an accredited institution.• Four (4) years of experience in IT related projects, financial management, or business process reengineering directly related to the work to be performed.• Working knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and guidance.• Demonstrated leadership experience with:• Critical soft skills• Active listening and verbal communication skills• Strong written and verbal communication• Flexible and adaptable attitude• Can conform to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines• Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including other divisions• Strong computer skills in MS Suite, GitHub, Jira, Confluence and Windows/Linux servers• Ability to discuss technical issues with non-technical, executive-level government
• Familiarity with financial system technology platforms• Knowledge of ICE OCIO IT policies and procedures and business processes• Knowledge of DHS/ICE technology and architecture• Experience within DHS and/or its components
